RETURN POLICY

You may return any Nodzilla/Herbal Salvation product that is unopened within 30 days of the original sale date for a full refund.

SHIPPING POLICY

Herbal Salvation ships packages Monday – Friday and is closed Saturday and Sunday. Shipping cutoff time is 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. All orders received after 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the following business day. Herbal Salvation ships packages according to your requested to shipping methods. By creating an account and purchasing any Herbal Salvation product, you agree that Herbal Salvation sales are FOB Ontario, OR. or Meridian, ID. All shipments include a notice to authorities citing the legal framework under which we operate, along with a COA proving legal compliance. Authorities are directed to contact Herbal Salvation with any questions or concerns. Ultimately Herbal Salvation is not responsible for orders which are stolen from the delivery residence; lost in transit or seized. You agree that you are shipping these items at your own risk. If you choose to have a package insured Herbal salvation is not responsible for insurance claims that are denied by the individual parcel insurance company for any reason

We do not ship to the following states, cities and counties in the US where there are still potential legal issues: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin. Sarasota County, Union County, Denver CA, San Diego CA, Jerseyville IL, City of Oceanside CA, Ontario OR, Alton IL, and Columbus MS. Furthermore, we do not ship internationally.
